Refund Policy

Opalae invitations are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because your invitation is available to edit and publish immediately, all sales are generally final.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using your invitation, or you were charged in error, contact our support team. We review every request individually and will issue a refund where the situation qualifies.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase, from the account used to buy the invitation. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
